Symptom

User trying to edit contact details via service control center but system throws below error

"You have already requested changes for this contact. You cannot make further changes to this contact until your request has been processed"

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Service Control Center work center
Select Contacts Details view
Select contact and click on Edit

System throws error "You have already requested changes for this contact. You cannot make further changes to this contact until your request has been processed"

Cause

User have already requested changes for selected contact.

Resolution

Go to Service Control Center work center
Select Contacts Details view
Select "Requested/In-Process contacts" from drop down.

User can find the contact in requested list . Once user modify contact details it will be displayed in the Requested / In Process Contacts list and changes will shown in active list within 1 business day.
