3410045 - Workflow related background jobs (SAP_WORKFLOW_XXX) are not running periodically

Symptom

Despite the activation of workflow-related background jobs (for example, SAP_WORKFLOW_SYSTEM_DELAYED) in transaction code SJOBREPO, and the display of green check marks on job-related nodes in transaction code SWU3, these jobs are not running as periodic background jobs in transaction code SM37.
