3410089 - Scope Filter is not present in Recruiting Story

Symptom

Scope Filter is not available in the Recruiting Story

Environment

  • Successfactor HXM CORE
  • Report center
  • Story report

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance
  2. Navigate to Report center
  3. Create a new story on Recruiting
  4. add Scope filter
  5. see that scope filtering option is greyed out

Cause

User can't add scope filter in Recruitment Story report.

Resolution

This is expected behaviour as per current Story report design. The scope filtering functionality is available only if the schema table selected on the query canvas supports it, else the Scope Filtering option appears gray.

User would have to setup RBP in Recruiting Template as workaround.
