3410151 - Completed output item without a stored document cannot be previewed - S/4HANA Cloud

User is getting the error message: "Completed output item without a stored document cannot be previewed" (Message no. APOC_OR_MESSAGES150) while displaying the print output of billing document.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open app 'Display Billing Documents'
2. Enter billing document number -> Click Continue
3. Go to 'Display output requests'
4. Select print output
5. Click on 'Display document' (F5)
6. Error message displays

Error can occur due to the used print queue format, or because of the used Data Source.

When using custom form templates for printing PDF documents, the Data Source for "YY1_*" template is wrongly selected, and not the same as in the standard one (for instance using FDP_V3_BD_STANDARD_GLO_GEN_SRV instead of FDP_V3_BD_STANDARD_SRV), which can cause the issue.

In order to resolve the problem and avoid error message, please change the "YY1_*" data source to FDP_V3_BD_STANDARD_SRV. (based on Setting Up Output Management - 1LQ Set Up Guide -> 4.3.1.2.3)
