Symptom

Replication is failing on the initial load with error message:

  • Failed to create logging table /1CADMC/0000XXXX for table <TABLE_NAME>.
  • RFC destination: <DESTINATION>

SM21 on the source system shows:

  • Table /1CADMC/00R/3 does not exist on the database with ID
  • Could not find table/view /1CADMC/00000XXX in schema XXX
