Symptom

When trying to provide interview feedback the user gets the following error: Unable to reach app. Please try again. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the MS teams
  2. Update with the interview feedback
  3. Submit 
  4. Error: Unable to reach app. Please try again. 

Cause

User email address is assigned to more then one user. 

Resolution

Ensure that the email address of the user is unique and not being shared by another employee.
