3410406 - Superscripts and Subscripts are replaced by a square character after converting to PDF

Symptom

When running program RSTXPDFT4 to convert the OTF data to PDF file, the Superscripts and Subscripts are replaced by a square character.

It works fine to print the spool to a Virtual PDF printer.
