3410413 - Outbound delivery can be archived without setting LIPS-SPE_GEN_ELIKZ (delivery complete indicator)

Symptom

You have distributed an outbound delivery to EWM system and complete the goods movement from EWM system as well. But the LIPS-SPE_GEN_ELIKZ (delivery complete indicator) is not set for the delivery.

Then you still can archive this outbound delivery successfully in ERP system.
