3410433 - Recruiting group membership shows 0 despite users being added - Recruiting Management

• The recruiting group membership shows 0 after clicking 'Update and Submit'.
• Users cannot be added to the job requisition operator field despite being added to the recruiting group.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Manage Recruiting Group.
2. Select the recruiting group and click Edit.
3. Add people pools.
4. Click 'Update and Submit'.
5. The membership shows 0.

Cause 1: In one single People Pool, multiple categories were added using 'Add another category', while no users meet all the selected categories.

Cause 2: A 'Team View' People Pool has an inactive user.

For Cause 1:

The option 'Add another category' is used when retrieving users who meet all selected categories. If no users meet all selected categories, the membership will return 0.

To add members by multiple categories, use 'Add another People Pool'.

For Cause 2:

Remove inactive users from all 'Team View' people pools.
