When Generating a Document of Work Permit Information for multiple assignment user Via Document generation getting an error "The document cannot be generated as the following placeholder(s) mapped to Calculated Mapping are not part of a table and have multiple values”

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Document Generation

Prerequisite-Configure a document mapping rule for work permit info to fetch the Document Number and add the rule into Placeholder in the document template mapping Page.

1. Go to any employee profile having multiple assignments.
2. Take Action > Generate document.
3. Choose Template configured.
4. Click Download to Generate Document > Error message will be received “The document cannot be generated as the following placeholder(s) mapped to Calculated Mapping are not part of a table and have multiple values”.

• Our Engineering team is currently investigating this issue.
• This KBA will be updated once there are further details on the fix.
