• Unable to log in to the repository from PD Web:
     The PowerDesigner Web server is unavailable. Please contact your administrator.
     Exception occurred while trying to CRUD PMUSER repository table.
• Error is reported in the cmrserver.log file:
     Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (The TCP/IP connection to the host host_name, port port_value has failed. Error: "connect timed out (local port port_value to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port port_value to address ip_address (host_name)). Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.".)
