3410722 - 500 Error shows when using the test console

Error when using the test console for Machine Learning Model.

1. Go to Administrator work center --> Predictive Services.
2. Click on your Machine learning Model.
3. Click on Test.
4. Enter data into the test console.
5. Example data "test" or "test test".
6. Select the ticket type when applicable.
7. Click Submit.
8. A 500 error will occur.

The test consoles needs viable information for it to work correctly.

The 500 error is happening due to amount of viable data being added to the test console.

In order for the test console to work you need to enter data that makes sense such as 

 

"I would like to provide feedback about this product"

"I am testing this issue for my client and I need a quick turnaround"

 

Values such as "test" or "test test" will not work as the test console cannot read the text as viable data.

Please also ensure that the correct ticket type is selected for case categorization scenario. Not selecting the correct ticket type will result in a 500 error being returned.
