3410745 - OPEN_DATASET_NO_AUTHORITY error in RSCONN01 send job

Symptom

Send job with RSCONN01 report terminates with the following error in the job log:

"The internal mode is aborted with the runtime error OPEN_DATASET_NO_AUTHORITY (see ST22). 00 671 A"

In ST22 the following dump exists:
