3410872 - Monitor Workflow Application is not working when enabling option "Asynchronous Module Loading"

Symptom

  • You've integrated Monitor Workflow Application into BTP Work Zone Standard or Advanced edition site.
  • When option "Asynchronous Module Loading" is disabled, application could be opened without issue.
  • When option "Asynchronous Module Loading" is enabled as per Site Settings | SAP Help Portal, you'll get the below error when opening the application:
    Error:
    App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded.
    Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent "#bpmworkflowmonitor-DisplayDefinitions?sap-ui-app-id-hint=com.sap.bpn.monitorworkflow"
