3410976 - HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error when accessing some pages in CMC

Symptom

Getting a “HTTP 500 – Internal Server Error” when accessing some pages in CMC.  The pages that may have the issue are: 

  1. Connections
  2. OLAP Connections
  3. Promotion Management
  4. Sets
  5. Universes
  6. Version Management

In the CMC web application logs, the following message is shown:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP
