3410990 - Intermittent "503 Service not available" error during Load Testing

Symptom

  • Facing "503 Service not available" error intermittently during Load Testing
  • Following log can be seen in SAP Web Dispatcher trace(dev_webdisp) at the time issue happened
    *** WARNING => IcrIServerPingFailed: server <backend DIA instance> (<SID>) invalidated: ping failed [ictxxroute.c XXXX]
  • The following system log can be see in backend system SM21 around the issue time:
    <DIA instance> DP    000     R2P    Server in status YELLOW (reason: Length of high priority queue exceeds limit)
