3411092 - Workflow Approval : Attendance Request Quick Approval Card for Single Record Approval

Symptom I

• Want to add time type on Create Attendance Request Quick Approval card for the approver.
• Displaying Time Type label in the case of an attendance request (on the tiles to approve the workflow request > Approvals section).

Symptom II

• No Decline Button available for the Create Attendance Request on the Approval Card.
• Decline button not showing for Approval Cards in case of Single Record Approval.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Employee creates an attendance request (Single Record Approval Scenario).
2. Attendance Request goes to the approver.
3. Approver logs into the SuccessFactors Instance.
4. Approvers cannot see Time Type in their quick cards (Create Attendance Request) as shown below
   
5. Also the Decline Button is not available for the Manager / Approver, to decline the request.

   1. Fields displayed on the Attendance Request Quick Approval Card are hard coded and there is no option for configuration on which fields to display.

   1. This is expected system behavior currently. To get more options such as Delegate, Decline; Click on workflow URL for more options and then take relevant actions
