Story is based on Live BW connection created on classic mode and it takes time to load on mobile app.
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- FPA Version: 2023.21.8
- Connection type: live
- Datasource: BW
Reproducing the Issue
- Open SAC
- Select a story (IT Dashboard)
- Data is loading.
Cause
- Toggle is not enabled for SAC story.
Resolution
After enabling the toggle on SAC story under Story details -> Optimized ios Mode, successfully able to open the story in ios.
