3411227 - STS SSO configuration not working after upgrading to 4.3 SP3 patch 400 hotfix 2

Symptom

  • STS configuration not working
  • Error :</ConnectionString>>,<com.businessobjects.mds.olap.OlapException: [Internal] SSO token or User password is empty.>
  • Verified Keystore alias generated is not  case sensitive compared to which was entered in  CMC.
  • The latest STS traces still show:

2023 11 01 15:47:17.617|Exception raised from SecurityTokenService.getSAPAssertionTicketEx
