Resolution

The Verify course completion button is necessary to refresh a user’s view after they’ve completed one part of the content structure. The button is meant to allow users to verify that they’ve successfully completed part of the content structure, and once they select Verify Course Completion the content structure will be updated with a checkmark. For inline content, the button appears for all content types excluding AICC with wrapper and Browser content. For content which launches in a new window, the button appears only for AICC without wrapper and SCORM courses.

Note: If the content is SCORM 1.2 or AICC, without the AICC wrapper, the Launch Content button will be grayed out after the content has been launched in a new window and cannot be clicked on again. The user must click on Verify course completion button to be able to relaunch as to make sure the system is tracking all user attempts properly.
