3411301 - Object ID is not Available in the Downloaded Attachments


After downloading the attachments from C4C system, there is no reference to the Object ID related to the attachment.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Library Work Center.
  2. Go to Attachments view.
  3. Select Object for example "Tickets".
  4. Download the attachments.
  5. You cannot see any reference to the Object ID in the dowloaded files.


The files are exported from the system without reference to the object they belong, only with their respective names.


This is the expected system behavior.
