3411327 - IPS Provision members with SCIM ID for SAP BTP Java/HTML5 apps (Neo)

Symptom

  • Configure IAS as a source system and SAP BTP Java/HTML5 apps (Neo) as a target system to automatically manage the user-to-groups assignments for Java/HTML5 applications running on SAP BTP, Neo environment. 
  • Maintain S-user ID as Login Name in IAS.
  • While it is expected to read S-user ID from the IAS login name, SCIM ID is read from IAS and the member is created in BTP with the SCIM ID instead of the S-user ID.
