3411406 - Error 605 on encrypted databases - SAP ASE

• On SAP ASE systems with full-database encryption, DMLs and SELECT commands randomly fail with Error 605 and Error 694 on objid = 99 and system tables.
• As per the SAP ASE log examination, the initial Error 605 accompanies a stacktrace referencing the functions:
