3411408 - Unable to Access Pricing Details of Service Contract Item in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Unable to access the Pricing Details section for a service contract item within the application. Consequently, it is not possible to enter pricing elements, such as PMV1.

Cause

The Pricing Details section has been inadvertently removed via the Adapt UI feature.

Resolution

To restore the Pricing Details section and regain the ability to enter pricing elements like PMV1, follow the steps outlined in the SAP Help Portal under: Extensibility for Specific Service Apps.
