3411451 - HU with POSC containing the split sample qty is not broken up for QI

You have Process Oriented Storage Control (POSC) activated and you use Split sample quantity process. You have a HU which contains the sample quantity (having Inspection ID Type "S"), but this quantity is smaller than the whole HU quantity. During the putaway to quality area you can observe that the whole HU is moved there for Quality Inspection. However, you would expect that only the sample quantity will be moved to the quality bin and the rest of the quantity will be moved to final putaway.
