3411512 - OData API is not available for Time Container object in SuccessFactors Time Tracking

When retrieving Time Container object from OData API, it is not available in OData API Dictionary before 2411 release. 

1. When configuring Time Valuation, a Time Type Group has been set as a Time Container and persists daily time valuation results that aren't used by payroll.
2. Failed to retrieve Time Container object via OData API. 

Time Container object is not supported in OData API before 2411 release. 

As of 2411 release, Time Container object is supported by OData V2 API.
