Symptom

The issue with the planning horizon arises when activities are assigned based on a one-week timeframe, but then the planning horizon is unexpectedly extended to two months. This creates a problem because the earliest start day for an activity is determined by the first day of the extended planning horizon, which may result in delays or conflicts with other activities.
