3411704 - SAC: Scope "all" not available for Excel CSV or XLSX export for tables

• When using a button with API code "ExportToCSV_1.exportReport();" and set "All" as the scope (instead of "Point of View")
  If we use the button to export to Excel with "ALL" scope, an error raises :
  "Exporting tables to CSV or XLSX with "All" as scope isn't supported in optimized view mode"
• The error happens in a story with Optimized Design Experience option ("Story 2.0"), and not in classic story.
• No error occurs when selecting "Point of View" in scope

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2023.x

under the "Partially Supported Features" section: Exporting widgets to CSV or tables to XLSX only supports Point of View as scope, while All isn't supported.
This is also included the use of API when exporting to EXCEL tables in Story 2.0.

In a nutshell, exporting tables to CSV or XLSX with "All" as scope using API is currently not supported in optimized design mode. But we are working on both of these features for the future soon.
