Symptom
You deprovisioned a user for Server Side Outlook Integration however, now you cannot provision them again
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Email Integration Workcenter.
- Go to the Groupware Settings View.
- Go to the tab 'Provision Users'.
- RESULT: the user does not show up in the list to be provisioned.
Cause
The user is locked.
Resolution
Please unlock the user.
In Provisioning Multiple Users tab it is indicated that: Activated users appear on the "Users" tab.
