Symptom
After upgrading to Stack 2100, you face a number of issues with taxonomy files and/or Mapper
1. The XBRL taxonomy chapter in the instance cannot be opened
2. The entry point shows 'Unpopulated'
3. The XBRL Mapper does not start
In the application server log, you see errors related to entry-point
