3411791 - RBP support relationships for Target Population of External Hires not working if hire date is in future

Set HR Manager with HR reports (External onboarding user) in permission role.

However the HR Manager does not have permissions to HR report onboardee if hire date is in future.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The start date of Job Relationships is the hire date by default.

Need to set start date of Job Relationships.

Solution 1: 

In Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping tool, map start-date of jobRelationsInfo to a RCM field.

And make sure correct value is sent from RCM to ONB.

Solution 2:

Update the start date of Job Relationships through a rule.
