3411808 - Stuck queue with M7021 Error Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use prev. &1 PC : &2 &3 &4 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Symptom

There are stuck queues for inbound deliveries with error message M7021 Error Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use prev. &1 PC : &2 &3 &4

The inbound deliveries' status are inconsistent.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to APP Warehouse Monitor.
  2. Go to node Tools -> Message Queue. Display all the stuck queue, there is a stuck queue for the delivery.

Cause

Missing stock from previous period at issue plant and storage location.

Resolution

  1. APP Allow Posting to Previous Period(APP ID MMRV), the "Allow Posting to Previous Per." need to be set.
  2. Move stock into the issue plant and storage location with pervious posting period as posting date, the plant and storage location are the &3 &4 at the error message.
  3. Go to APP Warehouse Monitor (APP ID /SCWM/MON) -> Tools -> Message Queue, execute the queue again.
