How to disable Standard Ticket Notification

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work Center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Click on the button Open Activity Lists.
  4. Change the filter to All Activities.
  5. Search for Business Task Management for Customer Care and open it.
  6. Notifications for Ticket Assignments.
  7. Untick the option "Ticket <Service Request ID> is assigned to you".
  8. Choose Save and Close.
