How to disable Standard Ticket Notification
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
- Go to the Business Configuration work Center.
- Go to the Implementation Projects view.
- Click on the button Open Activity Lists.
- Change the filter to All Activities.
- Search for Business Task Management for Customer Care and open it.
- Notifications for Ticket Assignments.
- Untick the option "Ticket <Service Request ID> is assigned to you".
- Choose Save and Close.
