It is not possible to add additional fields in Compare supplier quotation app.

The app Compare Supplier Quotation uses service- MM_PUR_QTN_COMPARE_SRV in the backend. CDS views C_RequestForQuotationCompare, C_SupplierQuotationCompare used for this service does not support metadata extension. This app has no extensibility available.
