Symptom

  • Accessing BI using Vintela SSO URL faces slowness issue, it takes more than 30 secs to get to the BI
  • Issue is intermittent, the slowness issue is seen 2 or 3 times for 10 login access
  • Accessing BI without Vintela SSO doesn't face the slowness issue after entering the credentials
  • Access using the "logNoSso.jsp" URL is working fine
