3412054 - JobStreet and JobsDB Job Boards Unified with SEEK Job Board - Recruiting Posting

The JobStreet and JobsDB job boards operating in the Asia Pacific region are unifying with the SEEK job board.  

Six new job boards will be available in the Job Board Marketplace based on the following locations:  

• SeekMY in Malaysia  
• SeekSG in Singapore  
• SeekPH in Philippines  
• SeekID in Indonesia  
• SeekHK in HongKong  
• SeekTh in Thailand  

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Posting

Job Board Set up:  

• The above-mentioned six new job boards will be available in the Job Board Marketplace to set up starting 13 December 2023.   
• Customers are requested to add the new job board as per location from the job board marketplace. (e.g. If you used Jobstreet.my, you should now configure and use SeekMY to post on the same).
• Configure the new job boards by adding the Hirer ID that the SEEK job board provided to you.  

Job Board Usage:  

• Customers can post job advertisements to the new job boards starting January 22nd, 2024.
• The JobStreet and JobsDB job boards will be deleted after January 22nd, 2024. 

Important note: If a recruiter attempts to post on one of the new Seek job board before 22nd of January 2024, it will be blocked in step 1 as the job board will be set "in maintenance mode" until the release date (January 22nd).

Please also note that the Seek specific location has been removed from the interface, we now rely on Seek's location inference end point to identify the location ID based on the city, post code and country standard field of the Recruiting Posting. If your jobs are rejected because of the invalid field error related to the location, reach out to the job board to see what value needs to be transmitted (e.g. instead of just "Hong Kong" in the city values, the job board suggests providing a specific location such as Kowloon City or Kowloon Bay, North Point, etc.).

Important Note: These changes have been requested by Seek to SAP in order to comply with their new organization.

According to the confirmation received from The Network, this change currently does not affect the integration of Jobstreet (The Network) job boards.
