• Mapping issues between Recruiting and Onboarding

1. Go to Check Tool
2. Validation
3. Application: Onboarding
4. Go
5. Data mapping between Recruiting Management and Onboarding is consistent. (ONB2DataValidationCheckForInitiateOnb)
   Initiate Onboarding from Recruiting: Data Validation
6. Run Check
7. Input the Job Application ID of the candidate
8. Run

The results will provide the number of issues found with the list of fields wherein no values were passed.

The affected fields which are listed under the results must have values.

Once the values are passed, restart the associated Business Process tile/error.
