After initiating the Onboarding process of an onboardee from Recruiting, it lands in the To-Do panel > Business Process tile.

1. Log in to the instance
2. Navigate to the To-Do panel > Business Process
3. View user validation errors for [Candidate name] [e-mail address/username] for Onboarding process trigger [Process ID]

Mapping issues between Recruiting and Onboarding.

1. Go to Check Tool
2. Validation
3. Application: Onboarding
4. Go
5. Data mapping between Recruiting Management and Onboarding is consistent. (ONB2DataValidationCheckForInitiateOnb)
   Initiate Onboarding from Recruiting: Data Validation
6. Run Check
7. Input the Job Application ID of the candidate
8. Run
9. The affected fields which are listed under the results must values. Pass the values accordingly and then restart the Business Process error.

If it is showing "An exception occurred during the check execution. The error ID is XXX" in Check Tool, please raise a support ticket to check the backend logs and find the incorrect mapping.
