3412320 - Upload plan budget file results in 500 Error

You are trying to upload the plan budget file and encounter a 500 Error

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the plan file to be uploaded
2. Login via proper credentials
3. Hit save data to and after 15-20 minutes, pop up appears which shows 500 error  

The error is due to the size of the plan and there's no dump/errors from backend to trace further.
