- Cannot open cases for Ariba system in Customer Insights Dashboard even though I am a key admin for our Ariba system
- Cases created in SAP Ariba Connect are not available in Customer Insights Dashboard
- Cases created in SAP Fieldglass Help Center are not available in Customer Insights Dashboard
