3412353 - Error "Tax payer Party Address Data not complete" during "Release and Print" of Withholding Tax Return

You have created the Withholding Tax Return and when you click on "Release and Print", error "Tax Payer Party Address Data not complete" is encountered. You have checked the addresses for the Company and Supplier and all address data is complete, but still not sure why the error occurs.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Tax Management work center
2. Withholding Tax Returns view and select Relevant Tax return ID
3. Click on Release & Print and system throws below error message
   
   • Save failed; refresh list to perform further actions
   • Tax Payer Party Address Data not complete

This error occurs because there are some address fields which are not filled for the company to which WHT is created

1. Go to work center Organizational Management
2. Edit Org Structures and for company and in the Addresses tab click on Additional Fields and then maintain fields House No, Street and P.O. Box. > Save and activate the changes.
3. After this is done create a new tax return and there should not be any issues in Releasing the new tax return.
