3412408 - No new credit check of released documents on the same day

• A credit blocked sales order is released. On that day the user makes changes to the order and no new credit check is executed.
• A credit blocked sales order is released. On that day the user delivers the order. There is no new credit check on the delivery, it shows in 'Released' credit status. PGI can also be performed.
• Delivery automatically created in released status.
• No credit check on delivery which was created for released sales order.

The same behavior is observed on ECC with Classic Credit Management and S/4HANA with SAP Credit Management (FSCM).
