Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to the Supply Chain Design Master Data work center.
2. Go to the Resources View.
3. Search for the relevant resource, select it, and choose the Edit button.
4. In the General tab, the current Site and Storage location are maintained.

Cause
The inability to change the site and storage location of a resource is due to the resource being used in any Released Execution Planning Model (REPMS). If the resource is in the "In Preparation" status, the site information can be changed without errors.
Resolution
The storage location of a resource can be changed only if the resource is in the "In Preparation" status. You need to make sure the Site and the Logistics Area of the resource is changed to see the Storage Location information change.
