• You are trying to create a Integration Center job using the object TimeAccountPayout, but can only find the object TimeAccountPayoutProfile. 
• You want to perform a query in OData API using TimeAccountPayout as Starting Entity in your Query.

Expected behavior, the object is not public. 

This is expected behavior. The TimeAccountPayout object OData API is not publicly available and hence not available via Integration Center or OData API.
