3412789 - How to fetch audit details for Story Reports?

Is it possible to fetch audit details like create, delete, update audit for Story Reports?

There is no direct way from Report Center to fetch audit details for Story Reports.
As an alternative, please reach out to LOD-SF-ANA SuccessFactors Support Team to fetch these details through backend.

IMPORTANT

The details that can be provided are Object Type, File Name (Story name), Object Name, Description, User Name (it will be SAC username and not username from SuccessFactors), Activity (the action that was performed), Status, Timestamp, Previous Value and Current Value.

Note:

• Audit logs can not give detail about what exact change was made within the report so the Description/Previous Value/Current Value will be blank.
• There is a limitation on the number of records fetched, we can only provide information on last 100,000 transactions done.
