3412834 - Applications are not visible in the Disqualified and Withdrawn Statuses on the Latest Applicant Workbench - Recruiting Management

Symptom

The number of disqualified applications in the below statuses are different between the Legacy and the New workbench.

  • Application Withdrawn by Candidate
  • Deleted On Demand by Candidate
  • Deleted On Demand b Admin
  • Declined DPCS

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the instance → Recruiting Tab.
  2. Select the job requisition and click into both the Legacy & Latest Workbench view.
  3. There will be a mismatch in the Disqualified and the Withdrawn Statuses between Legacy and the New workbench.

Cause

The application data is either anonymized or marked as "Data will be anonymised".

Resolution

In the Latest Applicant Workbench, job applications will be displayed based on the anonymization flag for the candidate profile and job application. Please see the below table with the expected behaviors.
