3412884 - Composite association "RightToReturn" from Position MDF object has been deleted at 2H 2023

In 2H 2023, Engineering team deleted the composite association "RightToReturn" from Position MDF object. This change caused some customers who configure "RightToReturn" as Position target criteria in RBP role get application error when opening position org chart or position report as below:

"Applicaiton error，errorId=xxxx, please contact system administrator…… "

To resolve these application error issues, Engineering team fixed theissue by patch, and it will result the forbid access to positions when position target criteria is invalid for some customers, thus, the proper target criteria should be added again in the affected RBP roles.
