3412917 - Error "Tax Jurisdiction Code Mandatory " While Creating New Leave Request Via Self Service View.

User trying to raise new leave request via Self Service View

SAP Business ByDesign

• Go to Home WorkCenter

• Navigate to Self Services view

• Click on Self-Services Overview

• Navigate to Time view

• Click on New Leave Request

• Fill required details and click on Finish

System throws error "Tax Jurisdiction Code Mandatory"

Tax Jurisdiction Code has to be maintained in Employee master data.

• Go to Personal Administration Workcenter

• Navigate to Employee view

• Click on Edit

• Go to Personal Data

• Navigate to Private Contact data

• Maintain Tax Jurisdiction Code

• Click on Save and Close

Now try to raise leave request via self service view.

Even after maintaining Tax Jurisdiction Code in tenant, if you are facing  error while triggering new leave request then issue might be in PDI developed method hence request you to align with your PDI Implementation partner to check and fix the error.
