SAP ECTR users see one of these errors:

E30080 - Error response code 500 is not 200.
E30078 - SAP Content Repository ... on HTTP server ... sent error code '404'.
E30080 - Error (Error: response code: 404 is not 200(HTTP OK)) transferring file...
Error Stream Closed transferring file
