3413040 - Output Status of the purchase order is stuck in "In Preparation" status

Output Status of the purchase order is stuck in "In Preparation" status and when the business partner ID and Supplier ID are different a warning message pops up.

"No active service outbound for appl.obj"

S/4 HANA Public Cloud

1. Open the purchase order using the "Create Purchase order - advanced" app.
2.  click on the button "Messages".
3. Choose the output with the status "In Preparation".
4. The warning message appears.

System standard design

This is a limitation, Unfortunately, maintaining the Supplier ID directly is not currently supported.
