3413043 - CJ20N: error CN319 unable to delete an activity

Symptom

CJ20N: deletion of a material component is allowed but there is an issue when it has an activity assigned, system gives error message "Activity 00000XXXXX XXXX has been assigned material components - Deletion not allowed" Message No. CN319.

Behaviour appears to have changed after upgrade from ECC to S4HANA.
